Burger presentation: all put together with a knife down the center, on a metal platter

Bandito Burger: stuffed w/ blue cheese, mushroom, garlic, grilled onion, jalapeno bacon, topped w/ lettuce, pepper jack, tomato, jalapeno bacon, onion strings

Cheese situation: comes on the burger

Fries: fat wedge style

Meal deal: burgers come with house chips, fries for an extra charge

Meal price: $20-25

Other: wheeled office chairs at some tables, drinks served in mason jar glasses

Singular Los Angeles area location: 6201 Van Nuys Blvd. Van Nuys, CA 91401

Review: This had all the flavors and textures in one meal. The burger was juicy, meaty, spicy, and had great mouthfeel and despite what you see actually held together until the end. And for what it’s worth, the house chips were amazing.
