Ambience: an upscale, classy vibe juxtaposed with a campy cow theme
Ordering procedure: wait service (table or bar seating)
Burger presentation: all put together with a toothpick down the center, on a plate
The Classic: lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, ketchup, pickle
Cheese situation: add-on charge to most burgers, a few include it
Fries: skinny style
Meal deal: burgers come with fries, drink must be bought separately
Meal price: $20-25
Other: cartoon cow mascot (pictures on wall), leather on wood decor
First location: Las Vegas, Nevada (only two others in Portland, OR & Orange County, CA)
Review: The ambience is actually pretty original and fun and the burger pairs well with that. It’s a well constructed, juicy burger with a bun that helps it hold together until the end when it kind of explodes. A worthwhile venture if in the area.
