Ambience: chromed 50s style diner vibe but with an obvious chain restaurant feel ***The one I went to at Universal Citywalk was more of a sports bar but I know most aren’t like that.
Ordering procedure: wait service (table or counter seating)
Burger presentation: all put together on a platter with a toothpick down the center
The Original: lettuce, tomato, onion, relish, pickle, mustard, mayo
Cheese situation: comes included on only some options
Fries: skin-on, regular style
Meal deal: burger, fries, and drink must be bought separately
Meal price: $15-20
Other: cylinder of drink straws on table, separate ketchup dish comes with fries
First location: Los Angeles, California (a national chain, mostly tourist-heavy cities)
Review: Given the rather forced ambience, it was actually pretty decent with a good toppings combination. You get a decent amount of food for the price but only stop by if it’s on your way to somewhere.
