Cheese situation: different cheeses on different “expert builds” or a choice of one on the “build your own”

Review: The juices flowed but this big-mouth burger held together. A delicious and all around good experience where you get a lot of food for the price. You can build your own but they seem to know what they’re doing. Try an “expert build”.
